You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) As a general rule, we cannot accept returns on such products as products marked as “Clearance" or special orders including custom engraving. To avoid returns, we suggest you double check all measurements before ordering or contact our customer service department with any questions before placing an order. In the event a return is necessary, we will gladly oblige as long as the following conditions are met: 1) the item has not been used. 2) The item was not purchased more than 14 days before the postmarked return date. Damages & Shortages: Please contact the delivering carrier immediately and save all packing material for inspection. Damages and Shortages must be reported within 72 hours.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
